We work with you to customize a Homecheck inspection list that suits your needs. We always check doors, windows, thermostats, appliances, security systems, propane and fuel levels, and can add on additional services as needed.
At the conclusion of each property check we send an update of the home's condition. We provide additional reports on any non-conforming issue and include support photos for the owner's records.
We conduct special property inspections for damage after severe weather. After freezing temperatures we’ll make sure there are no issues with your water or plumbing.
Any issues needing attention will be handled with quick response and care. With your permission we will make every effort to contact the proper contractors who are qualified to fix electrical, plumbing, appliances and roofing issues as well as other matters needing repairs or maintenance at your home.
Dave has been living in Sandpoint since 1988, and spent 20 years working at the ski resort as their Mountain Services Director. As people in the area were buying vacation homes, Dave noticed that there was a need for home owners who wanted their homes to be looked after and maintained in the off season, and HomeCheck Northwest was created.
Eighteen years later, HomeCheck Northwest is still owned and operated by Dave, and his clients love his personal touch and the security they feel knowing their home is in good hands. In his spare time, Dave can be found skiing, hiking, and biking in north Idaho.
